The AP extraction systems solve the gas exhaust extraction problem in an easy and economical way in motorcycle, cars, or heavy means workshops during the motor test operations for firm vehicles.
They are usually installed in acceptance and preparation areas or in small workshops with few space or where the winders or ducts with sliding trolley covering a wide working surface installations are not required.
The range includes models and versions with aspirators with different technical characteristics and performances that guarantee an economical choice and an application on a large part of the circulating vehicles.
All AP versions are composed by centrifugal fans with high performances that, once fixed on the wall, with special brackets supplied, support the rigid piping and the indispensable connections for rubber anti-crushing “TGA” hoses in different diameters and lengths to be selected in accordance with the use. The BGN rubber intake are supplied, but using our “Universal kit” system (to be ordered separately)
the different models can be easily interchanged in accordance with the vehicle to be repaired. “SM” wall support brackets are supplied to support the rubber hose during the inactive stops. The stainless steel rigid piping recommended for the outwards gas expulsions are available with a wide range of lengths , diameters, connections and accessories to be selected in the specific price list.
These system use painted steel fan and galvanized reinforced impellor with forwardly curved high thickness blades for gas extraction with temperature up to 120°C.
The equipment has been planned to be used in the heavy vehicles fields with high concentration
charge and dusty flow quantity with expulsion piping at chimney up to 20 mt.
The TGA rubber flexible hoses are connected to the inlet fan with metal sheet connections and the system is supplied complete with accessories (chimney excluded) and reinforced brackets for flexible hose.
The recommended installation height is 2,5-3 mt.
These systems use anti-sparkling aluminium die-cast fans mod VA with high performances suitable for gas extraction with temperature up to 120°C . The recommended expulsion piping can reach max 20 m (avoiding section changes and narrowing). They are supplied complete with rigid piping connected to the inlet in order to reduce the length of rubber flexible hose in spite of the recommended height of 2-2,5 m. They are supplied complete with RAL 3000 standard red painted accessories and wall brackets.
