Reel for the unwinding of the squash-resistant flexible
hose in different diameters depending on the vehicle type, supplied with mechanical or motorized
movement for fixed or centralized working places or sliding on a duct for the positioning near to the vehicle.
The system is designed for the localized extraction from exhaust pipe with suitable rubber or stainless steel AISI 304 intakes resistant to the temperature
coming out of the motors.
Technical characteristics
The main components of the AS series of winders are:
• epoxy-painted steel reel fitted with a special guide to ensure the hose is correctly wound onto the reel;
• epoxy-painted steel retainer disks fitted to either side of the reel;
• drive system: mechanical (AS), motorized with push button strip (AS MP), motorized with remote control (AS MT);
• TGA hose with various diameters for different requirements;
• VA die-casting aluminium fan (for ASV models) with various
power ratings depending on the required workload.
